    • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

    • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Salt Sand Love LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

    • Any claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.

  • International Shipping 

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

    • Salt Sand Love LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • Incorrect Address

    • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Salt Sand Love LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
